Gourmet Guys is a Mumbai restaurant and hospitality consultancy run by working chefs and operators. Since 2023 we've helped founders open, fix and grow more than 130 food businesses, from Mumbai to Dubai and Dar es Salaam.

Chef Birendra Singh
Chef Birendra Singh has spent more than 25 years in hospitality kitchens. He started Gourmet Guys in Mumbai to give restaurant founders what most new owners never get: a working chef in their corner, from the first business plan to opening night.
His focus is the part that decides whether a restaurant lasts: a clear concept, a menu balanced for flavour, variety and profit, and a kitchen and supply chain that can deliver it every day. He builds menus himself, refines concepts with founders and sources ingredients and suppliers directly.
Under his lead, Gourmet Guys has delivered more than 130 projects across 12 cities, from Mumbai, Pune and Goa to Dubai and Dar es Salaam. He also writes the Gourmet Guys Journal, sharing practical advice on menu planning, revenue and cloud kitchens with India's new generation of restaurateurs.
